What we are building
Fit, worked out first.
Hiring mostly runs one way. A role is advertised, applications pile up, and most people are ruled out by a keyword or a job title before anyone reads properly.
Trovello works the other way around. A candidate builds one profile. An employer sets out what the role needs, not just the job title. We compare the two and work out how well they fit, before an application is written.
The aim is a shorter list on both sides, with every name on it there for a reason.
